Public Concern

Failure to investigate reported crimes results in failures to prosecute and failures in public safety which is a FAILURE of THE PEOPLE.

This is another crime reported to Houston Police Department by Jennifer Grant. Although the slip indicates Fraud, the crimes reported are actually far more comprehensive than this. The crimes reported include fraud, theft, theft of service, criminal mischief, criminal conspiracy and (child) exploitation.

Michael Tracton (pictured) is guilty of wage theft. Jennifer Grant began working for Michael Tracton on Labor Day 2022 but was terminated on or about Nov. 27, 2022 by text message. At the time of her termination, Tracton owed her outstanding wages and overtime which he still to this day owes. She first reported his crimes to Houston Police Department but was informed by officers working the front desk that she had to report his violations of Texas Penal Code 31.04 to Sugar Land Police Department since Tracton’s law offices were located there.
On or about Dec. 26, 2022, Grant reported him to Sugar Land Police Department and was given a report No. 22-7544. The second image is a clip of a summary Tracton provided to Texas Workforce Commission when he disputed her Labor Law wage claim filed. That summary was actually his own list of hours she had entered into his client billing program used by the law firm for invoicing clients and is not representative of her actual hours worked which, in reality, exceeded the typical 40-hour workweek though she was a salaried employee.

Jennifer Grant once believed she was personal friends with Constable Mark Herman. However, that remains to be seen as of this publication since, inexplicably, charges have not been filed for the crimes extensively reported that occurred involving Ms. Grant and her children.
